Employees were very professional and especially helpful!

The room was updated and neat, included with all the amenities, nice bathrooms and double queen bed. Having a shower and hair dryers was a bonus. The location was magnificent, next door to a Minor League Baseball stadium.

i had such wonderful days staying at this brand-new hotel. i was given well-appointed and brand-new room with nice bathrooms, all the amenities plus double queen bed.

good stay with service issues

The breakfast on the first day offered a nice selection and tasted great. The room with two beds was spacious and well-equipped for my family.

On the second day, the service fell short.

The hotel offers a great location just four blocks from Beale Street. The modern design added to our comfortable stay, with our room providing ample space for the family. The shower pressure was disappointing, and we encountered issues with hot water availability. Despite a pleasant checkout experience, the lack of morning coffee was a letdown.

Really good staff, really good location, made our stay enjoyable with friendly interactions from the front desk to housekeeping and easy access to local hotspots like Beale St and The Peabody.

Great spot near the action!

Loved how close we were to Beale Street-so easy to get to all the fun places. The room was spacious enough for our fam, and we had a nice view of the courtyard pool. The modern vibe of the hotel is really cool. Just wish the snack bar had more options. It was a bit limited.

The breakfast was pretty good both mornings, but my family had a rough time on the second day with cold food and some disorganized service. The swimming pool was a great spot to relax, and we loved the outdoor seating area. Just a heads up, parking was a bit pricey at $45, but overall, we still enjoyed our stay. 😊

Unexpected night of challenges

The spacious Standard Queen Room had unique retro decor that captured the spirit of Memphis. The location was a prime spot for exploring nearby music venues.

Unfortunately, we encountered issues starting with a clogged sink in our initial room, and cleanliness appeared overlooked. The frustrating room change late at night was quite the inconvenience.

Had a cozy room and loved the quirky decor. Very clean and easy access to downtown highlights! Great pool vibe too.

It was just a great fit for a stopover in Memphis with fantastic value for money. The staff was friendly and helped us find local dining options. Consider asking for extra towels when you check in as they might be in high demand.

The restaurant Biscuits & Jams next door offered delicious meals which enhanced my stay. Staff interactions felt warm and inviting. The location was perfect for exploring local hotspots. I faced some hiccups. My room had minor cleanliness issues, like a few unexpected stains. There were also empty soap dispensers, a letdown. It wasn't a big deal, but other guests around were having much worse experiences, highlighting maintenance and customer service problems. There's a lot of charm here, but a few tweaks could elevate the guest experience significantly.

We loved hitting up local clubs like Ernestine & Hazel's and Wild Bill's for some live music. The location is perfect for exploring, with Beale Street nearby. Just remember, the hotel has a vintage vibe, so expect some quirks.
